About Judy
Brought up in a rural Maori community and spent a few years in boarding school, totally ignorant of the importance of Te Reo Maori. Spent one year in total immersion learning environment after high school and have been hooked on TE REO MAORI since.
Big believer in the Revitalisation of Te Reo Maori in the Mother Land, first and foremost, and elsewhere secondly. In saying that, my goal is to teach Maori in particular, but will serve all that have a great desire and dedication to learn in general regardless of race, age or background.

No better way to learn than to Immerse yourself in a practical learning environment that you can utilise outside the classroom and incorporate into your everyday life.
Methods: -
toys, everyday resources in home and work, practical activities.
Extras:= Will also incorporate karakia, whakatauki, waiata and other activities that support Te Reo Maori into lessons.
Lesson length:- 1 - 2 hours (NB: a lot of work must be put into self-directed learning between class lessons in order for us to keep moving forward)
Students:- teens to elderly. (All will move together regardless of age or level.)
