About Maria
I am originally from Germany where I studied languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian) to become a language teacher. I travelled extensively during my younger years in Europe, practicing these languages and getting to know the people and their culture. I immigrated to Canada with a diploma in teaching. After completing the required coursework at the University of Alberta, I was able to teach in Alberta and British Columbia in the public school system.
I am an experienced, conscientious, flexible, and dynamic teacher. I connect well with students of all ages and dispositions. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping students learn and excel.
