About Miranda
I graduated with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Conflict Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022. During my time in college, I studied Spanish, but truly learned to speak through directly practicing with locals in Ecuador and going through the Peace Corps’ intense language training program. I not only speak Spanish, but also am skilled in writing and reading. I have plenty of stories of learning from mistakes I made along the way, and I love having the opportunity to provide others with a space to learn a language that will help you make so many beautiful connections in life.

Hola, ¿qué tal? I’m Miranda and I’m happy to help you reach your Spanish goals, whether they include reading, writing, speaking or a combination! I studied Spanish in high school and college but had the opportunity to solidify my skills as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador for over a year. I believe in learning through direct practice and therefore do my best to create a safe space to make mistakes and learn from them.
