Rick Maltese has a new book that covers piano, songwriting, theory, sight reading all the musicianship skills that will make you a total musician.

I started taking my first piano lesson with Rick 3 years ago and I'm still taking my lessons weekly with him. I learned as an adult who knew nothing about music/piano. Rick has given me lessons catered to my own needs (for example: I prefer to learn how to play my favorite songs instead of pursuing academic exams). He makes the lessons interesting by giving tips and tricks on techniques. We also have lots of discussions on music theories and how they are applied in songs and different genres. It's a great experience having lessons with Rick. Highly recommended!

I took lessons with Rick when I was trying to re-learn the piano as an adult. He is very thorough when providing feedback on how to play pieces better. He also sends me tips and tricks on how to practice better (I.e. arpeggios, hanons, scales). Would totally recommend for anyone looking to take lessons!
