About Richard
I am a National swimmer, 18 years old. I have been swimming since the age of 7 and I am looking to swim in the Olympics one day. I'm currently studying sports coaching BTEC with Loughborough College and im looking to become a Personal Trainer when i'm older.

I have a lot of experience with cardio workouts, bodyweight training, dumbbell training, HIIT workouts, skipping, a bit of yoga, stretching, rolling, mobility and many more. So this would be the main things we would be doing. I would be doing these workouts with you on face time or I could send you the workouts to you so that you can do it by yourself if you prefer it. The duration and intensity would vary depending on the participant. I can also provide you with a bit of information about your nutrition and how you can develop.
