About Isa

I am a Danish-Brazilian rock and metal singer and guitarist with extensive live and media experience.

I have performed on major TV shows, including Ídolos Brasil, MTV, and talk shows, as well as toured with bands and played large festivals such as Rock in Rio. I have also opened for Tom Morello and John 5 in two Brazilian cities, performing for audiences of over 40,000 people.

My work has gained international attention, including a video shared by Guns N’ Roses that reached over 4 million views. I have also released original music as both a singer and guitarist.

About the lesson

I have studied guitar and vocal performance for several years at IG&T (Instituto de Guitarra & Tecnologia), as well as through intensive training with carefully selected private teachers, developing both a high level of technical skill and a refined, structured teaching methodology.

My approach is built around four core pillars: technique, repertoire, theory, and improvisation. This structure allows my students not only to learn songs, but to deeply understand music, unlock their creativity, and develop a strong artistic identity.

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals, level, and musical taste. A typical session may include focused technical development (vocal or instrumental), guided work on repertoire — especially within rock and metal — and the integration of theory and improvisation to build confidence and musical freedom.

What truly sets my teaching apart is my experience as a professional performing artist. I offer insight into stage presence, emotional expression, and performance mindset, helping students move beyond technique and step into their full potential as confident, authentic performers.

My lessons are designed for beginners to intermediate students, as well as dedicated singers and guitarists who want to elevate their skills, refine their style, and develop a powerful presence in rock and metal music.
