(Lead roles in the Nutcracker and Coppelia) -Worked closely with students and parents to increase positive feedback from parents and boost overall student success. -Earned positive feedback from parents regarding classroom instruction and student learning success. Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami - Company Dancer 01/2017 - 06/2019 -Coordinated with choreographers and directors to enhance and refine movements to properly enact the intended vision. -Featured in performances of La Bayadere, Don Quijote, and Giselle.

Deadly! Alana is an absolutely amazing ballet instructor! Her passion for dance is contagious, and her attention to detail has helped my daughter improve in her technique so much. She’s patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to bring out the best in her students. Every class is a perfect mix of challenge and inspiration. My daughter always leaves feeling stronger, more confident, and more in love with ballet.
