Emily has been really great in working with my boys - they weren't keen on tutoring, but came away from their first lessons excited and happy to continue. She makes lessons fun and breaks down the material so it's easy to get the hang of and even engaging.

She's worked with them for a few years now, through from 11+ and 13+ , and my eldest is now off to his first-choice uni (to do an essay subject!!). She's helped them with their English language / grammar, essay writing, poetry essays (a big bugbear for both boys) and history. A few times, she's also helped them make sense of difficult assignments and the long A-levels history research essay.
