About Sarah
Sarah is a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness Teacher & Coach.
Beginning her 15-year career in Learning and Development working in large corporates, she is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and coach.
Sarah began practising Mindfulness in 2015 until her own experience with anxiety led her to explore Mindfulness in a more meaningful way. Sarah’s adventures into Mindfulness & Meditation revealed many benefits, she found resource, refuge, compassion and community and refocused her energy into becoming a Mindfulness Teacher and the hope of sharing this resource with others.
