About Satyam
I'm Chef Satyam Tiwari from Dehradun, working in Kochi.
I trained at The Manor, Doon Castle & Lords Inn, won Best Trainee at La Mariposa, Mauritius, where I cooked for 15 nationalities for 6 months.
I'm Commis II Indian, CDC MUM475055 holder, STCW certified.
I don't teach book recipes - I teach real 5-star hotel cooking that foreign guests pay $25 for.
Now I teach NRI families online so you can taste real India abroad.
