I work along the interactive participative method. I believe that every learner learns at his/her own pace and for that there needs to be communication relationship between the learner and the teacher. A learner should feel free to express his-her misunderstanding of the content taught without any restrictions. A student must at all times feel comfortable and be able to absorb the knowledge given by asking as many questions possible.
