About Daniel
Any fitness class should be fun and challenging. Spin (cycling) classes are also known for music which I absolutely love! I'm a DJ and am extremely musically literate. I can choreograph and teach virtually any kind of music and any kind of song. Happy to customize this to allow you to have a worthwhile ride full of music you will actually enjoy.

While you will need a stationary bike, I actually have in the past, and am happy to teach anyone with any type of stationary bike. This could be a classic spin bike, a recumbent bike; anything that you can ride on, pedal with and adjust resistance somewhat. Prior experience is not necessary. I'm happy to customize lessons to individual needs for anyone beginning who's never even taken a fitness class. I also love to push people as hard as they would like and don't mind some intensity!
