About Christina
I am a fourth year life science student at McMaster University. I practice meditation, yoga, and positive psychology as a hobby. I've always been interested in mindfulness and strongly value a healthy state of mental well-being. I would love to help those who are struggling with mental health, and am a great listener!

My teaching methods are listening to others, relating to others on how they feel, and taking care of others (based on the other individual's comfort level). I would be down to listen to your struggles, hardships, and problems! i would love to give advice and my personal approach on the problem as well. When life gives you lemons, I will be sure to give you advice on how to make lemonade :)
