About Dr Marionna
I've been playing the guitar for over 50 years and have played professionally for over 25 years in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. I've also done a significant amount of session work, having written and performed soundtracks for cable television shows. I still play gigs, but not nearly as I did at one time. As a professional doctoral level psychologist, my fields of expertise are in self-regulation and executive function. I will be returning to school to become certified in music therapy. My fields of expertise cross over into music education, especially with younger students. My music education experience spans 15 years. I am also presently conducting an extensive study on music as a second language for autistic children.

While basics are basics ten times ten times ten, everyone learns differently, so I make sure you learn how YOU learn and have fun doing it.
As a professional psychologist and musician, I put the science behind the music.
I also work with special needs children and adults with mobility problems with their hands.
You'll get affordable rates and flexible schedules at your house (certain conditions apply) or online. I also offer special rates for students dissatisfied with their instructors/lessons who leave big-box music store lesson programs. Contact me for those details.
