About Margaret
Many students struggle with the basics of grammar and how to approach writing an essay. I've had many students who have overcome writing deficiencies by using The Art of the Sentence and the task analysis approach to writing an essay. Teaching for more than 18 years has given me a streamlined approach. I have worked with students of all levels to improve on their language skills.

I use an approach called The Art of a Sentence to help students understand how sentences are composed, how to use correct punctuation, and understanding how phrases and clauses can enrich writing skills.
Lessons consist of learning a concept, then applying the concepts to written work or examples. When teaching essays, lessons include a logic-based approach.
Lessons revolve around a task analysis approach and are intended for secondary level, 9th through 12th grade. The lessons would work well for Freshmen level students who need remedial practice in grammar and writing skills.
