• Maintaining overall portfolio for SLCV & PV (BKT-1-3) for Ghaziabad collectable of Approx 2 Cr.
• Preparation of monthly allocation CRE wise & distributing the cases as per area.
• Daily monitoring of Monthly targets and Milestone provided to tender service for how to cover the targets with milestone achievements.
• Repo-release activity, in order to get the vehicle released which has been repossessed by agency as per norms, maintaining 80% release ratio.
• Processing Loan termination request in system & completion of activity by negotiation with customer as well getting the same closed in time.
• Handled different Collection Agencies from 2008-2016 the time when portfolio management was through Agency structure.
