About Lamine

I had a friend who I always used to bet with. We'd bet about random things; skateboarding tricks, math problems, what would happen next in a TV-show, sometimes to make ourselves improve, sometimes for fun. We were arguing about what the hardest language in the world is one day, I said Arabic, he said Japanese, one thing lead to another and I bet him I could learn Japanese in one year. I learned it in one year and 4 months. Yes, I lost the bet, but for a specific reason. I spent a month or two to myself figuring out what the most efficient way to learn was, and then I focused a lot on understanding and listening practice, by one year I could understand Japanese very well, but couldn't speak out loud well enough to claim fluency. I spent the next 4 months after that year doing nothing but speaking practice of what I learned in Japan Audio chat rooms and on Skype.

I'm not a degreed teacher/tutor, I'm some random person who learned Japanese, but I assure you (basically on some "trust me bro"-type of thing but still) I teach very well, and with my teaching skills you'll understand Japanese faster than you would at school, or with others.

A lot have sets of lessons that teach in an almost textbook way that takes years, and when you look back, it's been 5 years+ and you still can't actually understand/speak. Try learning with me, I’ve taught a few friends and others to fluency, my teaching accuracy and the way I get you to understand things very quickly through interesting examples, concepts, analogies and will leave you in awe by the end of the first month.

About the lesson

- I assess the type of person you are/what the best way for you is to learn. I then teach grammar the way I learned it, with very precise explanations, but through interesting ways I learned. From particles, to conjugation, and word memorization.

- The lessons are for those starting out with Japanese but don't know where to turn, or can't get past a certain level.
