About Luke
I have been capped 13 times at underage level for an Irish Province in the sport of rugby, I have had the pleasure of learning and being coached by some of sport's leading professionals in the strength and conditioning and psychological fields. Recently however I suffered a bad injury and got very invested into coaching. I have a new passion for this and am working my way up the ladder very well for my age. Can't wait for you to take the next step with me, no matter if it be rugby or darts. Thanks, Luke.

Easy to talk to 21-year-old that's very outgoing and engaging with clients. Readily available for any questions. Experience coaching and programming at underage levels. Lessons can vary on time depending on your wants and needs. Can cater to any sport. Extensive knowledge on development especially through schooling. Can provide nutritional advice and share techniques that I have previously used.
