1. I start my teaching process by finding out how my students want to learn the subject by communicating with them. Planning the tutoring lessons which will result in better understanding for the student. Keep the students interested and enthused, since enthusiasm begets curiosity. Being patient and encouraging
Make a balance between being professional and friendly in my approach. Setting goals with my student (no matter how small) so that they can feel a sense of accomplishment.
