About Liyaana
I am a dedicated and patient tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching in Birmingham. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential and creating a supportive, encouraging environment where every learner feels valued.
I have experience working with students with special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching approach to suit each individual’s needs, pace, and strengths.
I am calm, approachable, and committed to building positive relationships with my students. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to boost confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and adapted to each student’s individual needs and learning style. I create a calm and positive environment where students feel comfortable and confident to learn at their own pace.
I have experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and general learning difficulties. I use clear step-by-step explanations, visual aids, repetition, and interactive activities to make learning accessible and engaging.
I break down complex topics into manageable parts and regularly check understanding to build confidence. Lessons are flexible and can be adjusted in pace and approach depending on attention levels and individual challenges.
My goal is to support both academic progress and personal confidence, helping every student feel capable and motivated
