I teach English reading and speaking with lots of guided practice (not grammar lecture). In each lesson you read real material (short articles, dialogs, stories or texts about your own interests) and then discuss it with me. I use strategies such as read-aloud with pronunciation coaching, shadowing (repeating after me to get the rhythm and intonation), role-plays and open-ended discussion questions. I will gently correct mistakes as they happen and at the end we will go over the most important ones so you remember.
