About Annaliese
I am a senior undergrad studying medicine and child studies at Vanderbilt University, with a minor in child psychology and mental health. I am originally from Maryland, where I tutored military children and taught English to native Spanish speakers. I love to teach and investigate different methods for different types of learners. In my free time, I play field hockey for Vanderbilt and I am involved with Gift of Life and Phi Lambda, as well as volunteer at the children's hospital.

Very engaging! I believe in a personalized approach, which I've learned from my teaching courses at Vanderbilt. Content is learned best through association, repetition, and humor (where allowed)! I like teaching in a more open way that meets your child's needs and helps them feel comfortable with hard content, rather than following a strict plan that may feel intimidating. I value responsiveness and positive interactions.
