What I most like about my job is sharing the knowledge and perhaps wisdom I have gathered so far, so that more people appreciate the wonderful benefits of yoga just like I do. I call it my vocation :), without intending to sound too pretentious!

I teach "back to basics” Hatha classes, which aim at cultivating space in the body through mindful movements and breath awareness. While being attentive to the needs of every individual student, I also encourage students to make their practice their own teacher. You will leave my classes feeling much calmer, serene and lighter.
