Liuba Doga has contributed in my process of learning to sing and I am delighted with her singing techniques she taught me during these lessons. She has a genuine and wonderful ability as a singing teacher and not lastly, her attitude as a professional is coming across in every lesson she taught.

I had over fifty years of shame about my voice when I began singing lessons with Liuba. I'd been ridiculed for my speaking and singing, causing me to go silent, speak aggressively and maintain vigilance to voice-based threats. I was a regular group exerciser and wanted to participate with others in singing during exercise. I felt very frightened starting singing lessons and Liuba was very kind and understanding of the struggles I was having in 'finding my voice'. And I was hopelessly out of tune! Gradually as the weeks went by, I found I could hit a correct note. Sometimes I could put several correct notes together and I grew in confidence. I discovered that I had a falsetto voice and growing up in a socially hostile environment I'd sought to hide this for fear of ridicule. Now this was transformed into an asset; I could sing like I wanted to. And I loved it! My energy, passion and enthusiasm for singing practice grew and I was loving what it felt like to be able to sing a long with my favourite songs. Gradually I grew in confidence that I could sing in exercise classes too. I took my hard won singing ability from a supportive teaching environment to a public setting. Thank you!
