About Katie
Hello, I am Katie,
Alongside my A levels I have spent time going through the grades of music theory and now would like to extend my knowledge to others who want to learn.
I am on my way to becoming a full time professional musician and at the moment am in Manchester Studying for my Undergraduate Bachelor of Music Degree.
Let’s face it, Music theory can be boring and time consuming, however if you approach it in a steady and fun way it is actually very beneficial to your musical journey!I have loved music all my life and am now taking the steps into studying it in the hopes to make it my career. I have a younger sister who also sings and it’s been through helping/teaching her that I discovered my passion for teaching. I have sung in many professional environments, numerous concerts and recitals with my favourite being Handel’s Messiah. I have covered a vast range of repertoire from choral to pop.
