About Sandra
Hobbyists and busy professionals are the people I see most often in my studio. You might be a self-taught player who wants more structure or a worker who needs to manage stage fear. Having taught 110 students over 13 years, I have seen many voices develop.
My background as a native Spanish speaker with a music degree from the Queensland Conservatorium brings a unique perspective to phrasing. I focus on belting technique and microphone control to ensure you sound clear. Helping you build a personal song list based on your specific range is a huge part of my process.
You will learn to manage stage fear by using systematic warm-up exercises and breathing techniques. I enjoy the challenge of helping singers find their true character. Vocal training is a lifelong journey that becomes easier with the right habits.

Great singing relies on proper diction and articulation. I focus on rhythm and phrasing during the first 10 minutes of our session. My 13 years of experience allow me to identify exactly where your voice needs more support.
Whether we are practising harmony singing or sight singing, I keep the mood upbeat and engaging. I use my formal music training to provide a roadmap for your technical improvement. Working professionals often enjoy how I organise our time to maximise output.
My goal is to make every note feel natural for your specific vocal range. You will walk away from our time together feeling much more comfortable with your sound.
