About Jordan

My background includes working at leading global companies like Cisco and Datadog, where I’ve delivered technical solutions and trained customers ranging from engineers to executive leadership. In these roles, I’ve led enterprise workshops, certification bootcamps, and technical enablement sessions, helping professionals master complex topics in networking, cloud, automation, and observability. Unlike many tutors, my experience comes directly from working with real-world customers, solving real problems, and teaching best practices to professionals in live business environments. I know what companies are looking for, because I’ve sat at the table with them. My approach is highly practical, outcome-focused, and tailored to help students not only understand the technology, but also apply it confidently in interviews, certifications, and on the job.
