About Esther
In my previous role as a Child Support Teacher, I made teaching and learning fun by using Literacy Boost and Numeracy Boost strategies to teach my learners, which helped, and also materials found around that are associated with the subject of the day to make them learn at their pace.
Also, I give assessments to my learners after each class to assess their capabilities and understanding of the topic and also make corrections.
Each class session is interactive between learners and tutor to make learners feel free and able to interact freely with the tutor, and also explanations would be made with suitable examples.
Assignments will be given for the next class to keep learners busy and aroused for the next lesson.
I have 3 years of progressive experience in teaching and making learning fun for learners by using play methods and other methods to enable learners to learn and understand what is taught during and after the lesson.
