About Kael
With more than 8 years of flute teaching experience, I have successfully trained beginners and advanced learners from different age groups. I teach school students, college learners, and working professionals who want structured and professional guidance.
My teaching approach focuses on step-by-step progress. I emphasise breath support, tone clarity, hand positioning, and rhythm stability. I also introduce scale patterns, articulation techniques, and expressive playing for advanced students.
In addition to performance skills, I teach music theory, staff notation, ear development, and improvisation basics. I believe understanding theory makes practical playing stronger. I regularly track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
My special skill is identifying technical weaknesses and correcting them with simple exercises. I aim to make learning flute enjoyable and result-oriented.

My flute teaching methodology is built around Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity to ensure every student develops strong technique and musical confidence.
I begin by understanding the student’s experience level, goals, and preferred learning style, then create personalised lesson plans that support steady improvement. I focus on core fundamentals such as breath control, embouchure formation, posture alignment, tone consistency, articulation precision, and finger coordination.
Through structured long-tone exercises, scale practice, and rhythm drills, students develop technical stability before moving into expressive phrasing and dynamic control. Flexibility allows me to adjust lesson pace and repertoire based on progress and performance goals. Collaboration encourages open discussion and shared responsibility for improvement.
Positivity creates a motivating learning atmosphere where students feel confident to grow. Alongside flute instruction, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm development, ear training, and stage performance preparation for well-rounded musical growth.
