About Melissa
I am currently a university student studying Social Policy and Childhood & Youth. I have related qualifications in health and social at both GCSE and A Level, also sociology, pubic services and RE. I have helped many of my fellow students organise their studies or just their manic stressed lives. Sometimes clearing your mind and having advise to de-stress can really help you become a more positive person.

I call it my method of madness, think positive and you will become positive. The way I help someone to become a better person, is to first find out what the person is like, to the small things like favourite hobbies, to what really upsets them. It's important to know who you are trying to help before you help them. My strategies often involve organisation, de-stress tasks and YOU time.
