About Pari
Hi, I'm Pari! I am friendly, motivated and I am here to help you achieve any educational goals you have and excel in your chosen subjects! I am a prospective student at St Mary's with an unconditional offer to study a degree in Criminology and Sociology. I am also a volunteer youth worker which has given me experience working with a wide range of students with different learning needs. I have studied both GCSE and A-Level Sociology and GCSE Humanities and I am well versed in these subjects. I am familiar with the pressure of revising for exams, and I understand that everyone has different learning methods so I will aim to tailor our sessions to your specific way of learning. To start off, I will try to gain an understanding of your baseline knowledge of the subject, as well as what your academic goals, strengths and weaknesses are. We will also discuss what your learning style is and I will be adapting my teaching to this. I can also help in university applications, proof-reading and giving advice for personal statements, as well as providing mock interviews.
