About Molly
During my A-Levels, I really benefitted from having a tutor who gave me belief and confidence in my abilities, as well as equipping me with the skills to get through exams and the inspiration to take the subject further in my academic journey. I am now currently mid-way through my PhD in sports sociology and feel like I am able to help others in a similar way.
Away from my PhD, I am an avid runner and Chelsea fan (but I don't want to talk about it...!)

I have taught a number of modules to undergraduate sports science students for the past 3 years, predominantly providing lectures and seminars to groups of 20+ students. However, I also really enjoy 1-to-1 teaching because it allows for a more personalised approach to learning. In these individual sessions, I can tailor my teaching style and materials to meet the specific needs and learning preferences of each student. I believe this creates a comfortable environment where students feel more confident asking questions and expressing uncertainties, which allows me to address their concerns and provide additional support where needed, enriching their learning experience.
The length of my sessions generally last up to an hour, and I predominantly teach A-Level and undergraduate university students!
