About Isaac

Teaching C++ feels like solving a puzzle, and after 10 years of doing this, I know exactly where the pieces fail to fit. My BS in Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University provides the technical rigor I apply to every single interaction. I have spent my time working with over 1000 students, ranging from high schoolers to career switchers who need a new path.

We focus heavily on debugging, complex data structures, and the nuances of inheritance and polymorphism. You will gain clarity on tricky topics like pointers and references or the STL without any fluff.

Templates and memory management are handled with a no-nonsense approach to ensure you build durable code. Pass by value vs reference becomes simple when you stop guessing and start measuring results. Progress happens when you stop watching me code and start writing your own logic. 10 years of teaching means I have seen every common error multiple times, which keeps our time together efficient and focused.
