About Marlene
Holding a BA Popular Music from the University of Westminster serves as my foundation for 10 years of coaching. Writing for teens, bedroom producers, and singer-songwriters means I understand the pressure of creating. My process focuses on small wins rather than dry theory.
I break down harmony basics, lyric writing, and prosody. You will find that editing and rewriting becomes less of a chore.
Co-writing and collaboration are essential. Hook and top-line writing keep tracks fresh.
I am honest about the work involved. It is simple. I enjoy the process of turning ideas into finished tracks.
