About Kaitlyn
I graduated from El dorado High school with a 3.9 unweighted GPA. I took AP courses(with a score of) in biology(5), chemistry(5), physics 1(4), Calculus BC(3), APES(5), AP euro(4), and AP stats(4).
Now I am a chemical engineering major at UC Irvine who has taken the series of general chemistry(A-all 3 quarters), Single variable calculus(A), multivariable calculus (A-2 quarters), Bio Sci 93(A), Physics 7C-classical physics(A), Phsyics 7D-electricity and magnetism(A).
I am currently taking Ochem, a computer science course, a chemical engineering course, and a few other classes.
I am also part of a research lab on the campus of UCI and work under the Weiss Lab. This is where I do my undergraduate research collaborating with a bioengineering team as well.

I would prefer online tutoring sessions, but willing to drive to a specific location. I will typically have students ask general questions first, for example a new concept they learned in class. Then help solve any homework questions. If needed, I could lecture on a topic and provide more examples/sample problems. These lessons are for K-12 students or first year college students taking General chemistry, intro to biology, or multivariable calculus or lower math courses. I have experience with working with younger kids from experience as well as students my age.
