I’m a self employed creative practitioner, professional musician and Sound Therapist with over 15 years experience within the performing arts industry, and I’d love to share my knowledge and skills in sound and music to promote health and wellness within the community.

My approach to Sound Therapy is practical but holistic, and I try to help clients understand that the body and the mind is an extension of a person’s instrument. Emotional connection to the sound/ music and to the instrument itself is of the utmost importance, in order to receive the maximum benefit.
