About Chriszonia
My passion for teaching started way back in 2009, when I did a Course in ECD. I worked with an age group of 3 years old. I fell in love with teaching just because of how faces used to light up when they see themselves progressing or reaching milestones and that is what stayed with me, knowing the part I play in helping someone reach their goals is glorious to me. I obtained my TEFL Level 5 Diploma and started my online teaching journey in 2025.

Students can expect a calm, relaxed yet full of energy classroom. I like to make my students feel comfortable and my approach to teaching is non-judgmental and with very relatable conversations/topics. I make sure my lessons are suitable to the student's level and student-centered. My focus is mainly on getting students to speak with confidence and being able to hold a conversation. So reaching for accuracy and fluency in writing, reading, listening and speaking is the goal in my classes. Students can also expect a lot of fun, humorous moments as I believe in having a great laugh is part of having a great day.
