About Berta
I am a retired teacher of English and Spanish in a public K-12 school. I have been tutoring for 5 years and have had many students. I have also taught English to Speakers of Other Languages as well as Mathematics.

My teaching methodology changes with every student. I have taught children above grade level as well as gifted students. Some of my students have been in dual language programs. I have also taught adults to speak English as a second language. I gave lessons at Miami Dade College and Miami Dade County Public School.
