About Marta

Hi!

My name is Marta, I'm from Spain but living in Sydney and 6 years ago I decided to become a Spanish teacher so that foreigners could fall in love with Spanish the same way I did with English when I was just a kid.

I am certified as a Spanish Language Teacher by the ELE certification.
I've worked for Spanish academies, infant schools centres, and as a private tutor along these 6 years.

Some of my experiences include:
- Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for students at various proficiency levels.
- Develop customised lesson plans to address individual learning needs.
- Integrated cultural elements into lessons to enhance language understanding.
- Facilitate conversational practice to improve students' oral proficiency.

About the lesson

I've been a Spanish teacher for all levels for more than 5 years combining traditional language teaching methods with interactive activities and real-life scenarios to make the learning experience both enjoyable and effective.

-Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context, allowing students to grasp the practical application of the language.
-I encourage open communication, creating a space for students to ask questions and practice their speaking skills without hesitation.
-Additionally, I integrate cultural aspects into lessons, providing a well-rounded understanding of the language.

Regular assessments and feedback sessions help track progress, enabling me to address any challenges promptly.

I aim to instill confidence in my students, empowering them to communicate effectively in Spanish and fostering a genuine passion for the language.
