About Caroline
I have been learning Spanish for the past 13 years, completing both Honors and Advanced Placement Spanish courses with top grades. I am majoring in Spanish Language and
Culture at Wake Forest University. I have tutored students in both middle school and high school levels of Spanish for the past two years who all developed a greater mastery of the language. I am equipped to tutor students of any age seeking help in introductory-level Spanish through high school-level Spanish.

As each student is unique in their strengths and challenges in Spanish, I ask each student how they learn best and adapt my teaching method to fit their individual needs. I then will develop a study plan with the student (and/or parent) based on their preferred learning method and any specific challenges they may have. I encourage students to improve their Spanish skills through spaced practice/repetition of vocabulary and grammar concepts. In my opinion, written and spoken skills are best developed by simply doing, and by doing with purpose and passion.

Details
My hourly rate is $20/hour, but I charge $15/student/hour for group tutoring sessions of two or more. I will charge $20/hour for each hour of prep time that I may need prior to the lesson. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, I will charge half of the regular hourly rate.
