About Bolanle
Midwife graduate from Trinity College Dublin living in Barcelona. I have always loved the Spanish language since 1st year of secondary school. The accent, the eloquence, and the flexibility of the language. I was progressing so well that almost every year I would win the Spanish award. No one would dare question my teacher’s decision to grant me the award over and over again because that’s how good I was. However, I hit a block. This block prevented me from going further in my understanding of the language. This block is something that most language learners experience - fear of making a mistake. Hence, I realized that what I needed is someone who would make time for me and would listen to me speak Spanish in a way in which I felt safe making mistakes. This is the key and this is what I offer my students.

First lesson will be an assessment of your current level. By the end of this lesson we make a goal together. Subsequent lessons will consist of 15-30 minutes of oral practice, followed by reading texts to build on comprehension. Thereafter, we finish off with a listening exercise. I will push you to come out of your comfort zone. From my experience, this is what really helps us advance in our communication skills.
