About Radhia

I am from France, and was born in Normandy. I lived in Paris to complete my university studies spending my two first university years in La Sorbonne and finishing my degree in Paris X Nanterre. I then came to London for what was supposed to be a year, met my husband and never left. During this time, I completed my teaching qualification in London. I have lived in England for 21 years and taught for 19 years! One fun fact about me: despite being a French native speaker, I mostly taught Spanish. I am fluent in both languages. My favourite cities are Madrid and Paris, of course I would say that, where else? I am a patient teacher, with a good sense of humour. You will see rapid progress in your lesson as I am putting you at ease and your confidence will increase. About the lesson

My lessons will be tailored to your needs. We will start by reviewing your needs and areas for focus. We will cover a range of skills including reading, listening, writing and speaking. Exam skills will be covered focusing on points requiring improvement. Emphasis will also be done on accent and pronunciation. Grammatical points will be covered as well as key vocabulary per topic. I have been trained as a teacher in the most prestigious teacher training institution (The Institute of Education, in London). I have over 15 years of experience preparing students for examination up, achieving up to 95% of grades 7 to 9. I worked as a Head of Faculty and have knowledge of all major exam board requirements. I am NOT JUST a tutor for one hour. This is what my tutoring looks like: my tutoring is not only about the hour taught, but also the support I provide between lessons (at no extra cost!). My training in Listening and Counselling Skills, as well as my extensive experience will provide you with a holistic & wholistic experience. You will be given the tools and support you need to approach your exams with greater confidence: motivation, interest, confidence, clarity, understanding and achieving. Nota: I do not offer the first lesson free, however, our first conversation (not time limited) will allow us to discuss and review your goals, and define and agree a personalised teaching plan/layout of lesson prior to your first lesson
