About Kristen
"Completing my Licenciatura en Filología Hispánica in Mexico and an MA in Spanish set the foundation for 13 years of instruction. Most of my work in Chicago involves helping adults bridge the gap between academic theory and the way Spanish is actually spoken on the street. I have guided 467 students through the rigors of AP Spanish and DELE exams while focusing on authentic pronunciation and verb conjugation.
Grammar remains a precise tool for clarity in business Spanish rather than just a set of rules to memorize. My approach emphasizes accent, intonation, and vocabulary building for travelers or professionals. Real results come from consistent practice over time."
