About Manuel
I studied a double degree on English philology and tourism and afterwards I did a master degree on education, pedagogy, didactics and teaching of languages in my hometown' s college (University of JAEN). I was erasmus student in the Czech republic and ever since I developped a great interest in teaching languages; I loved interacting and getting to know other students from other countries and I, indeed, created and arranged an informal spanish course (non-profitable) adressed to various classmates who were willing to learn or improve their Spanish. That experience drove me to consider this practice as a full time career and although I have not yet undertaken a professional experience in this field, I feel that I am fully prepared, excited and fit for fulfilling a role as spanish teacher for foreigners both with regard to my personal skills and my qualifications.

Basically treating language as a whole and hence working the 4 skills consistently, quite fond of utilizing games and flashcards for acquiring and enlarging lexical knowledge, not too grammar-based, preferably grammar in context and developping unconscious learning and reflexion upon new linguistic items acquired. Attempting to be challenging every day in order to get every pupil engaged in the didactic tasks, as well as being innovative and promoting a great teaching environment to boost motivation.
