About Veronica
My bachelor's degree is in Modern Languages. I went to University in Venezuela and I've been teaching Spanish to foreign speakers for more than 8 years now. It's not an easy language to learn to be honest, but the key is consistency and be willing to learn and make mistakes in the process. My classes are based on conversation and grammar material as well. I plan my classes based on what my students need and based on their goals too. If your goal is to prepare for an official test then our classes will be more structured but if you want to learn a language step by step then we would use different material and be more flexible with the material. It all depends on what you want and what you need. Learning Spanish can be fun and my job is to make our classes interesting so you don't see them as something painful. It's something you would have to see as a long term project for yourself.

As I mentioned before, I based my classes in conversation about different subjects. Most of the time could be readings and listening as well. I will always ask my students what subjects are they interested in so they feel motivated during the class and they learn new vocabulary on the fields they like

My rates vary depending on where I'm travelling. Students that cancel 24 hours before the start of the lesson would need to pay a 50% late cancellation fee, any cancellations before 24 hours can be re-arranged for free.
