Having achieved a H1 in Leaving Cert Spanish and lived in Spain for six months, I bring both strong academic knowledge and real-world fluency to my teaching. I’m passionate about helping students feel confident, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential in Spanish.

I offer engaging and supportive Spanish lessons designed to build both confidence and fluency. My approach combines structured grammar and vocabulary work with plenty of conversational practice, helping students feel comfortable using Spanish in real-life situations as well as in exams. I focus on understanding, not just memorisation — so students learn to think in Spanish rather than translate word-for-word.
Each lesson typically lasts one hour, with time divided between speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises. I use a mix of exam-style questions, interactive activities, and real Spanish materials (like short videos or texts) to make lessons enjoyable and practical.
My lessons are ideal for Leaving Cert and Junior Cert students, as well as anyone looking to improve their conversational Spanish or grammar skills. I tailor each class to the learner’s level and goals, ensuring steady progress and real confidence in the language.
