About Arantxa
I am a graduate in Community and Social Education by the University of Barcelona and I am specialized in students and newly arrived families with risk of Social Exclusion. For over 8 years, I have participated in adapting and learning of many students from different countries. During this process, their families have also been involved and wanted to learn the language. More than 50 students were able to enjoy different and dynamic Spanish lessons. This support has enabled them to find jobs and access to higher education.

A good base is the key to progress in the language. Spanish is a language that can be somehow complex but with the right understanding of the use, results can be achieved very soon. My methodology is based on adapting my knowledge to the student, ie, adapt the lessons depending on the needs and interests of each student. My lessons usually start with a brief explanation and set of questions by the students of a particular topic using different materials and support for best practice and understanding (games, videos, music, exercises, etc).
