About Elisabeth
Hola! My name is Elisabeth. I was born and raised in Spain with English parents, which makes me completely bilingual in both Spanish and English. I’ve studied in both the Spanish and English systems, achieved an A* in GCSE Spanish, and received the top grade in Spanish IB. I am now completing my Master’s degree in London. As the oldest of four siblings, I naturally took on a caring and supportive role, and I’ve also gained experience babysitting and working as a teacher assistant. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to connect with children of different ages. I am reliable, friendly, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.

My lessons are fully adapted to each student’s age, level, and goals. For younger children, I use games, songs, activities, and conversation practice to make Spanish fun and natural. For teens and GCSE students, I focus on grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and exam preparation, drawing from my own experience achieving an A* at GCSE and the top grade in Spanish IB. I also offer conversational Spanish for beginners who want to improve fluency and confidence in everyday situations. Lessons can be online or in-person in Balham and nearby areas, with flexible scheduling during weekdays and weekends. A first trial lesson is available on request. My aim is always to help students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident using Spanish in real life.
