About Nicolas

I am a passionate Colombian who started teaching Spanish to some roommates 4 months ago. I enjoy teaching my language but what I love the most is seeing the progress of people I have helped. Also, I am a photographer and filmmaker who loves sports and music.

About the lesson

My main goal is to understand two things: Your language needs in Spanish and your personal interests. So, I will build a set of tools and specific knowledge in the areas that you are passionate about to address those needs in an enjoyable process.

My second goal is to help you improve your communication, both writing and speaking aspects. Which is the point of learning a language. You can practice listening and reading on your own time, but we will dive deep into creating sentences in Spanish so you can be confident when expressing your thoughts. We will use techniques like shadowing and one I like calling: “from a word to a sentence”. I can say that learning a new language is difficult, but it doesn’t have to be stressful, I will guide you through the exciting process of learning Spanish

My lessons are for passionate beginners and intermediate students eager to learn.
