About Deborah
Hello!
I am an American traveling in Brazil and learning Portuguese as well. In the United States, I worked in the banking and mortgage industries. I have taught English classes to refugees and immigrants for six months and am TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certified. I would like to continue teaching English while I am here. I focus more on helping you speak English so you feel more confident using it.

If you like something, you will want to talk about it. My methodologies are the task based learning system and the communicative approach, as I learned through my TEFL course and Psychology studies. I like to have conversations that are interesting to you, so you have more fun using English conversationally.
